Yellow cheese "Sarnitsa", offered in various shapes and sizes (from 0.250 to 10.00 kg) is a naturally prepared product, full-fat, without impurities and ingredients that mislead the consumer, which is produced from 100% cow's milk using classical technology, in which lactic acid starter and yellow cheese yeast are added to the milk. During the necessary technological processing, the yellow cheese goes through a ripening process (minimum 45 days), after which the finished product is intended for direct consumption by all consumers, except those allergic to milk and dairy products.
